Yesterday my dog has her appointment here, she's never been before and was referred by her normal vets. Obviously I was anxious as she's an iver excited XL bully, she's big and powerful & some people get scared. My husband shared that whilst he was there with our dog all of the staff we're amazing with her & shown her so much attention & love no matter her size or breed. This made me so happy & gave me comfort knowing if & when she goes back she will be treated with love, respect & compassion. Obviously her breed has a negative representation but my give loves to love & loves to be loved. Thank you, i will highly recommend 😊 Big loves from kenya

We have always been impressed by Shires Vets in Stone. On this occasion, helpful and sympathetic receptionist, who arranged an urgent consultation. Veterinary surgeon was professional, and took time to give his opinion, differential diagnosis and a good explanation.

I've seen Becky twice with a rescue cat that has needed treatment. On both occasions Becky has presented me with realistic unpressured cost effective options in the treatment of my cat. Reception staff polite and helpful too.
