Eastfield vet cleethorpes was brilliant when I had to say goodbye to my cat dusty. They didn't put any pressure on for paying and they was so kind when it broke us to let her go, the vet was patient, understanding and caring. When picking up her paw prints and fur the card they sent with it was lovely. I appreciate all you guys have done for us. Cant thank you enough for what you jabe done for us xx

I can’t fault the care I received from Eastfield Vets during one of the hardest moments I’ve had as a pet owner. Having to say goodbye to my cat was incredibly tough, but the team handled everything with real compassion and professionalism. What stood out most was how genuine they were — there was no forced or over-the-top sympathy, just a calm, respectful approach that made it clear they cared while also understanding the importance of doing their job properly. I actually appreciated that honesty more than anything. They checked in on me throughout the process, making sure I was okay and understood what was happening at each stage. I never felt rushed or like just another appointment, which made a huge difference. The small touches meant a lot too — especially the offer of paw prints, which I’ll always treasure. It’s something I didn’t even think about in the moment, but now I’m so grateful they offered it. A genuinely kind, professional team who made a heartbreaking situation just that little bit easier to bear. I’m very thankful for how they handled everything.

All the staff are amazing and care so much about our treasured pets. My dog Bella is always so scared whether its a nail clip or booster but they are so calming and gentle and take time with her to reassure her. Thanks guys!

Incredibly disappointed with the recent treatment at this vet and have since moved. I’ve already had a conversation with the head vet so this won’t come as any surprise. My dog was offered the injection Librela for his arthritis and has suffered horrific side effects. The side effects were not mentioned at any of the prior appointments, the appointment for the injection nor after when we came in to discuss his symptoms yet they have been marked on the system as discussed. The vet has absolutely lied because there is no way I would give my dog an injection that would make him more unsteady on his feet and completely confused. The vet said they are aware of the side effects and seen the social media buzz around the jab yet this wasn’t picked up as a potential cause after I brought him in after the appointment with those very symptoms. He was written off as an old dog who is probably going senile and they were happy to take my money. The head vet I spoke to was too quick to try and correct me rather than hear me out. Pointless conversation and I’ve left feeling more disappointment than my initial email to them. No accountability, just sorry it says on the system they were discussed so it’s your word against theirs. We trust you to look after our dogs and keep us informed. If you have an old dog, or a dog who has arthritis please do not let them convince you to give them librela without doing your own research. They have stated they will now give out a fact sheet before administering. That obviously doesn’t help my dog now.
