They have been fantastic with my first-ever pet (a kitten). I received a free first check-up and a free month of insurance from Petplan. Additionally, I joined their Proactive Pet Plan for £17.50 per month, which covers check-ups, worming, flea treatments, nail trimming, yearly vaccinations, etc. With the plan I also got a free full size Royal Canin dry food worth £25! Very happy

Natalie has always been a very kind and caring vet to our dog. When Daisy became poorly, Natalie was great throughout the whole process, ensuring our dog was getting the best treatment. Georgina always greeted us warmly, even when Daisy tried to get behind reception, ha. Unfortunately, at the end we were advised it would be much better if we put her to sleep. The whole process was handled with so much kindness, you can truly see Natalie and Georgina do very much care for the animals they treat. Natalie was wonderful, allowing us time with Daisy before, during and after. It made the whole afternoon a little easier to handle. They are a great team over there and since changing vets, I can say the team at Goddard Chessington are exceptional. If you love your pets, this place will give them the same love and care you want.

Very helpful friends caring staff who obviously care a great deal for the animals. Could not have made things easier for me and completely made sure I knew every step and had plenty of enough time to ask anything I wanted. I have used this veterinary practice for many years for all kinds of animals - dogs, cats, degus, guinea-pigs and hamsters to name a few - all of which were treated with the same high level of care. The staff are friendly and have been very understanding and empathetic when it has been necessary to say goodbye to a much loved pet, no matter how big or small.

I have been using this practice for many years with my various pets. Lovely staff, always friendly and very professional. Parking an issue at the Bridge Road practice so add time to your appointment to enable you to find somewhere to park. If using public transport there is a bus stop close by.
