They have been so wonderful and welcoming to us new cat parents and our newly adopted kitty Coco. Very very kind, so knowledgeable, and always put the welfare of animals first whilst supporting pet parents/owners. Plus, super impressed by how organised they are with handling insurance claims. Thank you for being so great with Coco!

My hamster is now half blind and my little baby (my kitten) is full of lice. DO NOT take their advice on how to take care of your pet. Ask ChatGPT. They have more sensible and appropriate answers.

Lovely staff who made me feel very welcome. Got my bun neutered here and I am very pleased with the care and service! They are also quick to respond to email enquiries and happy to answer any concerns which is great. Would definitely recommend! (bun having a post-neuter nap)
