February 2026 We had a truly wonderful experience with Ted, my Shih Tzu, when he was suddenly in a great deal of pain and we had no idea what was wrong. It was a very worrying time for us. Laura Ruiz Oliver at Stonelion Veterinary Hospital was exceptional. She was calm, kind and incredibly compassionate with Ted from the moment we arrived. Her manner immediately put us at ease. After a thorough assessment, she quickly identified that he had injured his neck — something we hadn’t even considered — and promptly provided effective pain relief and treatment. Laura’s experience and clinical expertise were obvious. She explained everything clearly, handled Ted so gently, and made sure we understood the treatment plan. We genuinely felt we were in very safe hands. I wholeheartedly recommend Laura and the entire front-of-house team, who are always warm, welcoming and efficient. The level of care and professionalism is outstanding — first-class service all round September 2025 Another excellent experience this week. My dog Ted was very poorly with vomiting and belly pain. The vets at Stonelion took excellent care of him and he was soon better. We are so happy to live so close to this wonderful vet practice As well as the excellent vets, I want to add how kind and welcoming the rest of the team are. The reception staff and nurses are always friendly, patient, and make the whole experience so much easier. It really feels like everyone here cares. September 2025 We have also seen the heart specialist Adam for Max who has a heart murmur. How lucky we are to have this expertise to help us with Max. Thank you Stonelion we appreciate all you do for us September 2024 Amazing vets, I wouldn’t go anywhere else My two Shitzus Ted and Max have had many great experiences at Stonelion for the past 10 years. My dogs have been poorly many times (tummy, ears, eyes - you name it they’ve had it) each and every time the amazing vets and nurses looked after my boys and I am so grateful for the wonderful service they provide I wholeheartedly recommend Stonelion and all the team members including vets Alex, & Francesca, Lyndsey & Annette on the front desk - all providing a great service | thank you We continue to receive excellent support from this vet week after week Lisa in Wimbledon

Goddard’s were absolutely amazing and we cannot thank Anita, Emily, Andrew and the other staff enough. Our cat was in life threatening condition and they spoke to us with such compassion, as well as then performing miracles to bring him back to normal with very little permanent damage. They were very clear with us, communicated with us so well and showed genuine care and love for our cat Shadow, as well as making sure we could visit. We could not recommend them more, and again the world’s biggest thank you for what they did for our little kitty ❤️

We have recently joined the Goddards practice in Wimbledon Village and had been impressed with the routine care for our 2 kittens. However, when one of those kittens was injured in an accident this week, the emergency care we received was excellent. It was such a relief to know he was in good hands and he’s now almost back to his former mischievous self. Thank you so much.

So grateful for the wonderful staff here. My dog ripped her toenail - hardly life threatening but obviously painful and causing her distress. I called Stone Lion and they gave us an appointment within a couple of hours, then despite being clearly very busy saw us promptly and sorted it out with all of the compassion that an emotional Staffordshire Bull Terrier needs. The reception staff were great too, they clearly care as much as the clinical staff. Thank you!!

Wanted to send a heartfelt thank you for all the kindness and care you showed to our beloved cat, Peanut. Sadly, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let her go, which was devastating for us. She was our first cat, our first pet that was truly ours, and this was the first time we’ve ever had to make such a difficult decision. Your compassion, patience, and understanding during such an emotional time meant the world to us. The bereavement card you sent was such a thoughtful gesture and brought us comfort in our grief. Thank you for everything you did for Peanut, and for the empathy and care you extended to us as well. We’re deeply grateful.

Their dedication and gentle approach made such a difference, and I always felt that my dog was in the best possible hands. It’s not just their expertise that impressed me, but also the genuine warmth and empathy they showed throughout. I am so grateful for the outstanding care they provided—both medically and emotionally. Thank you for everything you did for us.
