Richard Thomas was the third vet we saw, trying to find a solution for our cat who is a special case due to her situation and condition. He was so knowledgable and helpful, giving clear and practical advice that we had been looking for. Very happy with the service and advice given

We had to import our cat to Japan. Dr.Richard Thomas has been very supportive and helpful all through the complicated process over several months. His thorough support meant that we had no issues with the Japanese animal quarantine service on arrival. We are grateful for his professionalism and we highly recommend the practice.

Richard and all the staff helped us out on the hardest day and with the hardest decision of my life! We had to let our special dog Dexter meet the angels and they made the whole process a lot easier. Totally professional, sympathetic, helpful and knowledgeable. I have been left so impressed by them and would recommend anyone to them. Thanks very much from the bottom of my heart!

We having been going to Goddard Vets in Dundonald Road for over 4 years, Richard has cared for our Chow Chow since she was 6 months old and is simply the best veterinary professional we have met in over 15 years. Compared to all the other vets in Wimbledon he is absolutely the most professional, polite, courteous and intelligent vet we have ever met. We feel very privileged that Richard is our vet and have 100% respect and confidence in him. I always highly recommend Richard and the Goddard Veterinary Group for their honest and caring attitude towards people and their pets.
