I popped into the Goddard Veterinary Group in Raynes Park today at 10:30, slightly frantic, looking for advice about my rescue rabbit, Barnaby, who had suddenly stopped eating. He’s had a very difficult past and is easily spooked (I am his 3rd but forever home now), and I suspected the noise of my printer yesterday may have set him off and he had stopped eating for almost 24 hours. I was hoping for a bit of guidance, but what I received was genuine compassion, incredible expertise, and the kind of kindness that stays with you. From the moment I stepped in, the lovely receptionist welcomed me like an old friend. She took the time to chat with me, calmed my nerves, and showed a genuine interest in both me and Barnaby. She told me to bring him in at 11:30. It was clear she wasn’t just doing a job, she cared. I raced home and returned with my bunny in hand and what followed was a masterclass in veterinary care. The wonderful veterinary surgeon and a kind vet assistant (I'm so sorry I was so worried at the time, I don't remember your names) took over with grace and warmth. While I sat in reception, in tears (I’ll admit it), I could hear one of them gently talking to Barnaby, comforting him while administering critical care. That level of attentiveness and empathy floored me. Barnaby wasn’t just treated, but reassured every step of the way. They didn’t just do what they had to and let me go home, they also educated and empowered me. I was shown exactly how to administer his medication and how to give him critical care feeds at home. I left feeling lighter, more confident, and most importantly, reassured that Barnaby is in the best hands possible. Goddard Veterinarian Group Raynes Park; you’ve earned a customer for life. And more than that, you've given a traumatised little bunny the comfort and dignity he deserves. Thank you for treating us like family when I was scared and worried for my pet that I truly love.

Don’t know her name but the receptionist has a HORRIBLE attitude. Blatantly rolled her eyes at me for saying ‘pardon?’ for not hearing her properly but it’s okay for her to ask me a million times to ask how my surname is spelt? It’s not rocket science. Whole vet is a scam. Went in initially to pick up my cat’s treatment, but vet wasn’t even in and no one else knew how the medicine is used on my cat. Very expensive too. Better to go find somewhere else and save your time and money.

We moved and were looking for a new vet in the area for our very anxious rescue. After a horrible experience with another practice, we were so relieved to have found the Goddard vet group. Our dog is usually terrified of vets, but he actually seemed relaxed on our way home. The receptionist Mykaila was so friendly and helpful! The vet Ian was absolutely amazing and took some extra time to make sure that my dog was comfortable with him. He didn’t push for any extra blood tests or other treatments. We felt understood and welcome. We will definitely come back! Thank you so much.

I must thank the staff at this surgery. We have been taking our cat and pug to this vet for years and they really do treat our animals like they are their own. Our pug had a procedure to assist with her breathing and our cat has had the usual neutering, teeth clean, microchipping and vaccination procedures. Shannon took us through all the pre and post operation checks and we could not have had anyone more thorough and caring in his profession. All of the vets, support staff and reception are wonderful. Thank you

This Veterinary Practice is just the best! I have had pets registered here for over 20 years even before it was Goddard's but the care, kindness and compassion from all the staff has always been excellent and I've been so reassured that my pets have always had the best care and will continue to have excellent care going forward. Would very highly recommend !
