I would really like to praise Lucy Wiegand following a visit me and my dad had with our senior dog Dash. Unfortunately, we had to have a serious and upsetting conversation about Dash's near future and Lucy handled it with extreme care and professionalism. We really appreciate how delicately she handled our questions and concerns but also didn't beat around the bush. We walked away, of course being very upset, but extremely glad we had the conversation with Lucy. Thank you very much :)

After a bout of ill health, surgery and unfortunately our cat passing away I can only thank all the staff at Hallam Vets. Every single person we saw of the course of many visits recently has been incredible, caring compassionate and listened to our worries. Having taken all the pets in our families to Hallam Vets for many years they have always been incredible at every point and can not thank them enough for their care and compassion especially during the hardest darkest parts of having to say goodbye to loved pets. Thank you to all the staff!

I have been using Hallam vets for a few years now. They have been extremely helpful in appointment and at very difficult times. They are always making sure to do there best for the animals in there care. They are upfront regarding costs and will discuss options on care or next steps, before taking them. The recipients are friendly and helpful.

I really appreciate that Hallam vets are there whenever I have concerns about my pet's health. I've always been seen quickly and my pet has received excellent treatment, which has been thoroughly explained to me. The pet plan with 6-monthly check ups also gives me reassurance. Their communication with appointment reminders is very good. They were recommended to me and I would absolutely recommend them on.
