Great vet practice with friendly staff, kind vets, super nurses and a beautiful location with parking nearby. Also Millhouses Park across the road for dog walks before or after and a well-earned cuppa coffee watch the boating lake. A Winner 👏👏👍🎶

I have used Park vets for many years for my cat and now my dog. Carmel and Donna are such knowledgeable vets and I always feel my pet is in safe hands with them. Everyone is so friendly, caring and professional. I have always been happy with the care I’ve received for my animals, the vets present to be of a high standard and I wouldn’t want to use anyone else. Another plus is they have onsite emergency care 24/7 which is so important. Thank you to all the amazing vets and the lovely receptionists who are always so friendly and welcoming.

I couldn’t recommend Park Veterinary Hospital enough! From the first phone call when we needed to register our cat urgently and I spoke to receptionist Jess everyone has been so friendly and efficient. With a previous local vet practice getting simple things done always felt difficult and I felt I had to fight and advocate more than I should have for my cat, this left me quite traumatised when my cat was very unwell. Now I am registered with Park Vets the difference is night and day, all the staff here want to help and there is a common-sense approach. A big thanks to vet Lauren who goes above and beyond for my two cats. And another big thanks to vet Katie who did dental surgery on my cat where the procedure wasn’t going to be entirely straight forward due to her pre-existing condition. Katie took amazing care of my cat and I am very pleased to say that my cat has a new lease of life post-surgery which is more than I could have hoped for! Thank you all!

Both myself and my daughter take our cats to Park Veterinary Hospital and we are very satisfied with the care they provide. We have recently seen vet Lauren and think she's a great vet! She is very thorough and responsive and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Her manner with both pets (in this case cats) and humans is spot on. We also like the fact that there is a cat only area in reception and receptionists are always very friendly.

Friendly helpful staff always seem to put the pet first seeing my new puppy every month to make sure she has the correct dosage for her worming and flea treatment. So helpful when we lost our older dog with the care she had before she passed over the rainbow 🌈

They're always great, listen to us carefully and give us clear options. The staff are all lovely. Our dog is actually excited to come to the vet!

I highly recommend this veterinary practice and thank them for the kind and compassionate care of my rather elderly cat. All of the staff - from receptionists, veterinary nurses and vets - are kind, caring and compassionate. Our 'old lady' is requiring increasingly frequent visits and continues to be treated with the upmost respect. I can't remember the names of individual vets, but they have all been fantastic. Thank you.

Bank holiday. The website says it's open, tried to call to see if they sell SPECIFIC VETERINARY FOOD I need in emergency. The automatic voice gave me the option for "general enquiry" not telling me that it needed to be an emergency. A woman answered the phone and rudely started yelling a me that the phone is just an emergency because today is bank holiday. She's been unnecessarily rude as the phone didn't specify it needed to be an emergency. You don't want to work on bank holidays? Then don't. But if you do, don't expect customers not to call.
