Took our 11 year old Jack Russell for his yearly injection and all went well booking in, receptionist's good, appointment waiting time good. Problems started once we were called in by Vet (didn't get her name) and instead of sorting out the dog (who's always very nervous at the vets) she starts trying to sell us a monthly plan for £19:50 or a flea & wormer of some sort for £140 a year, I felt like I was being harassed by a double glazing salesman. !!, whilst this seems to be the norm at vets nowadays what she then said was inexcusable, when she finished with her sales pitch my wife handed the dogs vaccination card and said the old card was full and we would need a new one, the vet replied that 'he had lived too long if he needed a new card", my wife and I just looked at each other and was lost for words, she gave him his jab and I took him straight outside whilst my wife sorted out payment etc, and told reception that we would no longer take the dog back to Arundall for treatment even through we had used them since the dog was 8 weeks old and they genuinely seemed to care, whilst it may seem harsh to change vets after 11 years when they have always been fine but I don't want to think I would have to use that same vet if the dog was ill and he deppend on her to save him, a dog that " had lived too long already " sorry Arundall vets but we pay expensive feas to help get the best care for our pets and if your not happy you go were you are, now to try and find a caring vet !?!

Had to make the most heartbreaking decision today 13/01/26 to say goodbye to my best most loyal friend, the vet on duty and the girls on reception were so caring and made things easier. Would just like to say a big thank you for your care.

I have used Arundel vets for 13 yrs at Bentley, they have moved to Carcroft and Kirk Sandel. I can honestly say the staff are exceptional and friendly, both sites kept clean. Nothing bad to say about them.
