Lovely vet Helen. Very gentle and caring. But as usual very expensive medication! 😃

Helen the vet that normally deals with my dog Teddy is very kind and reassuring to Ted as he can get a bit nervous. The reception staff are also very friendly.

All of the staff here are amazing, friendly and caring. They couldn't do enough to help us with our dog Cruise. From the receptionist to the head vet, everyone of them give you and your pet so much care

The quality of service and customer care has deteriorated markedly since the practice was taken over by a large company. I’ve noticed a lack of care and attention to little matters such as punctuality of appointment times - no apology or explanation given when called into the surgery late. The clinical staff’s attitude is now dismissive, functional and lacking the personal touch that the practice use to offer. Disappointing.

Very helpful. I have a dog with food allergies. On holiday 4hrs from home. With a usual red spot flare up, 7days until home again they were kind enough to organise with my vet to prescribe an isederm cream for me so i can start treatment. And gave me a bit of hibiscrub. Very glad they were here.

My dog had cancer in his mouth and had to be put to sleep when he began showing signs that he was struggling to eat. The staff were so kind and compassionate and the condolence card with the wild flower seeds was very much appreciated and so thoughtful of you.Thank you for making it a bit easier to say goodbye! 🌈🐶

During covid, my cat was very ill. Had to call out of hours and I was given an appointment at my regular clinic. I had to hand him over in the car park as wasn't allowed into the building. I was kept informed of what was happening by the nurse who came out to let me know the situation. He had to stay in for 3 days, I was telephoned with updates and could speak to the vet if I had any concerns. Overall, I've only had positive experiences here, friendly staff, professional but you can have a laugh too. I've heard it us expensive in comparison to other establishments but I always think you get what you pay for. I'm very happy with the service I get.
