Nothing but good things to say about these guys. Whether it be the receptionists or Richard and Louise who were our main points of contact. Our darling doggo Roxy was diagnosed with a brain tumour last summer and the whole team helped us decide a treatment journey with regular check ins to see how she was doing. Unfortunately, on Monday morning we had to make the decision to say goodbye to her due to a heart issue. Although our main point of contact before that was Richard (who was always great), it was Louise who saw us and helped us come to the decision. She was so reassuring and sweet and made the situation as nice as it could be given the circumstance. Our Roxy passed away nice and calm, surrounded by people who love her. Although our ending was inevitably sad, Hollybank made the journey easier and helped us keep Roxy longer than we thought without compromising her well being. They genuinely care about their animals and I cannot be more grateful. Thanks so much.

Visiting the north west for Christmas when our dog decided to rip a wart off his paw. Popped into Hollybank saturday afternoon and they were able to book in for a look on Sunday morning. Incredibly friendly, helpful staff. Couldn't recommend more!

We've always had satisfactory dealings with Hollybank. We took our dog this morning. Helen's advice was to monitor his condition regularly to check whether the problem changed in anyway. She didn't try to push unnecessary medication on us. I'd like to add that the receptionists at Hollybank are always so welcoming and friendly. Thank you

Fantastic staff. Such a delight to have a private owned practice with long term staff that really care about your animals health & well being more than the bottom line & are always happy to help. I would not want to trust my family pets with anyone else. Thank you for everything you do for our beloved beauties. Keep up the fantastic work you do. Definitely unsung Super Stars π
