My 19 year old horse, Mary, had been suffering with EOTRH, a fractured tooth, and a gum infection. One of the vets, Immy if I remember rightly, came out to see Mary and confirmed that Mary would need an x-ray & tooth extraction. Immy was very clear with me on the process ahead and reassured me that this was all in Mary’s best interest. A matter of hours later I was contacted by Andy confirming a date, time & approximate pricing etc. Mary had her operation with Andy and his assistant and they were both absolutely amazing with her. I can’t praise either of them enough. They treated Mary with such care and dignity in this stressful time of her life. Andy thoroughly explained to me each process, injection and extraction that was taking place and I did not for even one second feel out of the loop. After a successful extraction of 4 teeth, Mary is very happily stood out in the field grazing completely unfazed. Andy was also very thorough on the after-care process. Thank you so, so, so much to Andy and his team. I love my horse so much and it was such a sigh of relief to be greeted with caring and extremely intelligent individuals who clearly know how to perform their job well. I owe you all so much! It’s easy to beat yourself down and feel guilty when your horse is in pain, and I am so grateful to Brown Moss for helping my wonderful Mary be free of her discomfort. Massive thanks to everybody!

1st class service, caring and super response times from Brown Moss vets and staff always. They have been my vets since Ruben became part of our family 8 years ago now. They have seen ruben regularly for his teeth and vaccs. Luckily we had never needed an emergency call out to Ruben until before Christmas due to a problem with his eye. Vet Georgie has been fantastic throughout all visits these past few months, she attended the call out super quick, even on a stormy night, putting Ruben first. I feel like she treats and cares for Ruben the same as if he were her own. Thanks for looking after Ruben, I appreciate everything you have done for him for getting him better. Great company, would highly recommend and their prices/charges are reasonable too.

From day 1 of taking on a very anxious & stressy boy, Lucy has always showed amazing patience & empathy. When tumours first appeared at 20 years young, her 2nd opinion saved him & gave me 5 yrs more of heaven with my boy. So, cancer is back, he's also struggled over Winter & recently had a seizure. Yes, been a very tough few months. Lucy is honest, manages your expectations in the kindest possible way. I know we are on borrowed time but I still have the love of my life thanks to Lucy. I cannot thank Lucy enough, I'll enjoy every moment I spend with my soul mate & know that when the time comes, she will be with us at the end as she was at the beginning. Thank you Lucy, there are no words to express how much your support means to me ❤️
