I highly recommend The Firs in Kelsall. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. The Pet Health Plan is great, it helps me keep on top of my dog’s healthcare. I’ve taken advantage of the complimentary weight clinic to get her weight down and she’s now in really good shape. It’s reassuring to know she’s being well looked after by the team at The Firs and living her best life!

Had to put our beloved dog to sleep today. We have never seen more compassionate, more kind and considerate people as Abigail the veterinarian and the young receptionist lady as in this vet surgery! They are both absolutely amazing and with their understanding and knowledge they managed to make this very sad day slightly less sad. 🙏 We are very grateful.

First visit to Willows Veterinary group - The Firs, Kelsall. Excellent appointment communication and reminders. Appointment… A warm welcome received from all the staff. A calm relaxed atmosphere… our dog was at ease throughout her appointment. Annual jabs, checkup, and wellbeing advice shared.

Excellent service and care. We went for an emergency appointment whilst holidaying in Delamere Forest. They were able to fit us in and were so kind and compassionate, also liaising with our own vet to get our dogs medical records. We got a full health check on arrival, which picked up some issues for us to follow up above and beyond the reason for the visit. Highly knowledgeable, explained things very clearly, all whilst showing a real passion for helping our dog. Truly brilliant, just wish we could take the practice home with us !!
