Always pleasant, friendly, clean. Staff knowledgeable, explain things so u can understand it, I've always managed to get an appointment quite quickly,. Ramp outside which is good, but 2 steps down on way to consulting rooms, so not so good. Left another practice to come here, and no regrets so far. Happy customer,, and dog. 😊 😊🐶🐕👍

Fiona was kind and gentle with my cat during her routine check up and vaccinations. Thank you! The Feliway blankets in the reception area are a great idea and were very helpful whilst we waited to be seen.

It was my dog’s first visit to Ashcrofts and they couldn’t have been lovelier. The vet was really good with her, and she got treats so he became her best friend! The pet health club I had was a different company to the one Ashcrofts use so I joined up with them and got the premium cover which is a really good deal.i would definitely recommend Ashcrofts without reservation.

My pet was unwell and saw the surgery in the morning, she worsened throughout the day and saw the vet in the evening. Overnight she developed further symptoms and was back to the vet again - kept in dripped up and relevant medication through the cannula, she developed another issue which culminated in hospitalisation. The reason for the information is to say how good the surgery was. Fitted her in each appointment, very caring, thorough with their investigations, supportive. Gave her relevant medication We felt very supported by our vets with the care of our vet. All the staff are excellent.

Started using Ashcroft a few weeks ago, not knowing what to expect as a first time cat owner. The staff were so friendly & communicative, Ann in particular is always so helpful. Thank you to all the team from me & my happy kitty.

Something has changed here. The once kind friendly caring vet practice, now feels like it has gone corporate. They don't seem to care as much for the animals. But have a big poster in reception stating you MUST PAY TODAY. The vets I am sure still care, but trying to get an appointment is becoming more and more difficult. They desperately need more vets.
