Excellent care for our Border terrier just as it's been for all our dogs for more than 30 years.

Charlotte is the best cat vet nurse. My adult cat, Harry Worth, is usually very upset, meowing and figity, but Charlotte has a calming and affectionate manner with Harry Worth, that he doesn't complain, and he is very relaxed which, as a result makes me feel relaxed. Harry Worth and me drive home very happy. Thanks again Charlotte.

I am disappointed in this vet and it does not give confidence and they are very arrogant and suffer from them. Today I had an appointment at 11:30 and they put me in at 11:59. I wanted to do an international passport and a lady who saw me said she did not know how to do it and that the doctor had to come and the appointment was made for an international passport and I did not like the vaccine at all and I was disappointed and hopeless and I recommend that you do not go to this vet anymore because it is not good and does not give confidence and you will leave like me sad and hopeless.

We’ve been going to Andale for a number of years now, and honestly, there aren’t enough good things I can say about the team. They are kind, caring, and attentive — but they go a step further by being genuinely invested in their clients and their pets. They treat everyone with respect and courtesy, and they truly understand that for most of us, we’re not just bringing in a pet, but a beloved member of our family. I can’t recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for a veterinary practice that truly cares. A special shout-out goes to Matthew, who has been absolutely incredible with us. We’ve had some really difficult times over the past year with our dogs, and he has gone above and beyond at every step. Not only is he an amazing vet, but also a genuinely fantastic human being.
