We couldn’t be happier with the care our 2 dogs receive here. From the moment we walk in, the staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They take the time to make sure both of our puppas feel comfortable, which makes such a difference, especially for nervous visits. They always explain everything clearly, answer all our questions with patience, and never make us feel rushed. We're very fortunate to have found a clinic we trust completely. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, compassionate, and top-quality veterinary care.

All the staff from reception, nurses & vets have the time of day for you. They patiently listen & help when they can or seek advice. I have no issues recommending this vets & would give 5 stars but feel by giving 4 it gives them something to strive for.

I have used Laurels Veterinary Services for many years. Surgery goes from strength to strength. They have invested in their building and their staff and cultivated a kind and caring environment. Vet Jane was amazing with Luna (Luna is very scared of people and is reactive). She treated Luna with kindness and was very caring about Luna’s experience. Quinn misbehaved a bit because he didn’t like the nose vax but even then Dr Jane was really kind about it. Both my dogs don’t mind coming into surgery because all the staff are really good with them. Prior to having Luna & Quinn, I had Monty & Scout and both those dogs were looked after amazingly well. Their end of life care was especially amazing and so kind. I received a sympathy card in the post which made me feel they were bothered about my loss. Reception team are amazing as always & help me with slightest queries. Have to give extra shout outs to Karon, Anna & Jack who go out of their way to chat, catch up on Luna’s progress and are genuinely interested in both my animals. Honestly can’t fault this surgery. It has improved and improved over the years and that’s why I keep coming back. Would very highly recommend this surgery for efficient, professional pet care. (Luna left & Quinn - the little chap behind is one of their daycare friends)

Used Laurels vets for our 2 dogs for a number of years and sadly one of our dogs had to be put to sleep a week ago in an emergency visit. They were amazing through the whole difficult process and couldn't have done more for us. Every member of staff was kind, caring and considerate during the time we were there. We weren't rushed to make a decision and also given all the time we needed with our boy before he was put to sleep. A big thank you to all the staff at Laurels.

I've used Laurels for a few years now for both our cat and dog. Said dog is very excited when he goes in and the staff are fantastic with him even when he causes chaos. Would definitely recommend them.
