Our cockapoo Riley had been with Hope vets since he was a puppy. Everyone at the practice is so kind and they genuinely care about each and every pet. We unfortunately lost our beautiful boy recently but they came to our home and although it was a very sad day the vets sent Riley on his way to the rainbow bridge in a calm & caring way. We couldn’t have asked for any more. The care we received over our 16 years with them was exemplary and if we ever decided to get another dog we wouldn’t hesitate to go back to them.

The best veterinary clinic in the area- fantastic, friendly staff, welcoming location and prices are fair. Hope Vets were recommended to me by a friend, and even though it's an additional 10 minute drive for us, the positive experience provided here is worth it. Over the years, Hope Vets have tended to our cats and dog, who (unlike in other clinics) always feel calm and sociable when they visit. They even have a 'puppy morning' for socialising young puppies before they start training. It's evident that the people who work here love what they do, and genuinely care about all the animals they see. No upselling unnecessary products, or generic advice, ever. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Chantelle Woodward-Iles was fantastic with my cat, who, although is a lovely boy, hates being jabbed. Both me and my cat were super anxious before the visit but she kept the atmosphere very calm, and was really knowledgeable with how to deal with my raging cat. I honestly couldnt be more thankful for her assessment and treatment of him.

I would 100% recommend Hope Vets. They were all so kind and caring with our dolly and we always felt comfortable bringing her here as we knew she would be looked after. Even though we didn’t have many visits to the vets, they still remembered dolly and we trusted them 100%. They never pushed us to have unnecessary treatments and were always honest with us. When having to put dolly to sleep, Chantelle was so patient, caring and compassionate and made a very difficult situation that little bit easier. We really appreciate her kindness which we will never forget.
