The staff at this vets I can’t fault there lovely and very reassuring my dog wally is a very nervous and gets really upset he won’t let them do anything to him without restraing him so very stressful for him the inside has had a face lift and looks very clean.

Visited yesterday with my Springador Otis, who is a big boy and who was pulling out of excitement, but I struggle with him like that because of my back. Tim the ambulance driver came to my rescue, helping me weigh Otis and then coming into the vet’s office and holding onto him whilst he had his jabs. He then took him outside whilst I sorted paperwork etc. All the staff here are very friendly and helpful, thank you

Thorngumbald surgery is always professional, helpful, informative and outstandingly friendly, from the a telephone call for an appointment, to the warm greeting from reception on arrival and then to the vets who are always so empathetic, helpful and patient. All the staff are fantastic whenever we have been.

Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Gave me a home visit when i had poorly kitten, and now Alfie my dog loves going for visits to see steph and brioni. A highly recommended veterinary group, with competitive prices too. A great addition to Thorngumbald.
