Knutsford Veterinary Surgery

Me and my partner are first time pet owners. We contacted the practice to on board our little kitten and ask some questions, they were all very happy to help and respond to what we asked both online and in person. We went for our initial consultation and everyone was so welcoming and it was very nice. The surgery itself was well presented and everyone was just lovely. I asked so many questions and they were happy to help with anything and that’s what you want, a genuinely lovely bunch. The Vet we saw Dr Nick Bayley was no exception, he was very kind and welcoming, let our kitten have an explore and was very good at handling him and giving us all the advice we needed. Going to the vets with your pet can be a stressful time but I felt but at ease immediately by all the team and just how lovely they all were, I can honestly say I trust this practice and am very glad this is where we chose to register our kitten.

Really great experience with this vet practice. I’m new to the area and they managed to get my cat booked in the same day, which I really appreciated. The first consultation being free was a nice touch too. Everyone was kind, helpful and treated my cat with so much care. Felt very reassured throughout the appointment. Would definitely recommend

This is the best family run vet practice in the area. Top expertise and always do their beat to keep costs down. My dogs are in safe hands here. Brilliant staff - kind, knowledgeable and courteous. Nothing is too much trouble for this team and tonight the 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️emergency service was delivered by Nick, Megan and Paul. Thank you so much -great care and peace of mind for me. UPDATE to REVIEW - 21 February Norman's condition worsened but the relentless continuation of care has been first class. Diagnosis SPOT on. People need to stop moaning about vet costs - Norman has received focused advice from x2 highly qualified vets and amazing support vet nurses and admin staff - brilliant practice. If you live anywhere near Knutsford (even if not that close - Im in Manchester) then switching your pet(s) to the care of Paul, Charlie, Nick, Stefan, Rachel, Holly and the top nurse and admin support team will be the best move you ever make. Your second family!

We've been taking our dog to Knutsford Vets for around 5 years now and throughout that period they've been consistently brilliant. Everyone from reception to vets are friendly and efficient. They always explain everything fully and make sure that you're ok with things and understand. We'd like to thank Rachel particularly for all of her skill, care and attention in dealing with our dog's recent dental problems. Can't recommend the whole team highly enough.

The reception team were really helpful helping me book Daisy in to be seen the same day. The vet, Nick is truly amazing. I would recommend the practice to anyone and as many people as possible. I only registered with the practice today and I am so happy this was my first choice amongst the other practices locally. I will register the rest of my furry gang with the practice. I switched to Knutsford Vets last year even though they’re a bit further away from me, and I’ve never regretted it for a second. The level of expertise, care, dedication, and compassion here is second to none. I’ve been to various vets over the years with many pets, but nowhere has compared to this! They recently looked after my cat Fred when he was unwell, and thanks to their brilliant team, he’s back to his cheeky, playful, loving self. They’ve also cared for my dog Bodhi and cat Loki with the same warmth and professionalism (even with Loki being the moody madam she is! 🤣). Over the last few weeks, I’ve been in several times whilst they carried out a thorough investigation into Fred’s symptoms, and every single visit has shown me what true care and dedication look like. They’ve taken the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed me, and have always made sure both Fred and I felt comfortable and reassured, in both the appointment and in the waiting area. As a massive animal lover, I just want the absolute best for my pets — and this place is the gold standard. They treat every animal as an individual, not just another appointment, and that makes all the difference. Every single member of staff goes above and beyond. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shines through in the way they treat both pets and owners. I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else. Now that Fred has almost fully recovered, I think he’s going to start inventing illnesses just to get more cuddles from the team!🤣🤍
