  This is the best family run vet practice in the area. Top expertise and always do their beat to keep costs down. My dogs are in safe hands here. Brilliant staff - kind, knowledgeable and courteous. Nothing is too much trouble for this team and tonight the 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️emergency service was delivered by Nick, Megan and Paul. Thank you so much -great care and peace of mind for me. UPDATE to REVIEW - 21 February Norman's condition worsened but the relentless continuation of care has been first class. Diagnosis SPOT on. People need to stop moaning about vet costs - Norman has received focused advice from x2 highly qualified vets and amazing support vet nurses and admin staff - brilliant practice. If you live anywhere near Knutsford (even if not that close - Im in Manchester) then switching your pet(s) to the care of Paul, Charlie, Nick, Stefan, Rachel, Holly and the top nurse and admin support team will be the best move you ever make. Your second family!

  We've been taking our dog to Knutsford Vets for around 5 years now and throughout that period they've been consistently brilliant. Everyone from reception to vets are friendly and efficient. They always explain everything fully and make sure that you're ok with things and understand. We'd like to thank Rachel particularly for all of her skill, care and attention in dealing with our dog's recent dental problems. Can't recommend the whole team highly enough.

  The reception team were really helpful helping me book Daisy in to be seen the same day. The vet, Nick is truly amazing. I would recommend the practice to anyone and as many people as possible. I only registered with the practice today and I am so happy this was my first choice amongst the other practices locally. I will register the rest of my furry gang with the practice. Thank you to the team and especially to Nick for being so thorough with Daisy and Little Missy. I was so worried about Daisy and you put my mind at ease and you were really kind and caring. I can’t thank you enough 🙏🏽

  I switched to Knutsford Vets last year even though they’re a bit further away from me, and I’ve never regretted it for a second. The level of expertise, care, dedication, and compassion here is second to none. I’ve been to various vets over the years with many pets, but nowhere has compared to this! They recently looked after my cat Fred when he was unwell, and thanks to their brilliant team, he’s back to his cheeky, playful, loving self. They’ve also cared for my dog Bodhi and cat Loki with the same warmth and professionalism (even with Loki being the moody madam she is! 🤣). Over the last few weeks, I’ve been in several times whilst they carried out a thorough investigation into Fred’s symptoms, and every single visit has shown me what true care and dedication look like. They’ve taken the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed me, and have always made sure both Fred and I felt comfortable and reassured, in both the appointment and in the waiting area. As a massive animal lover, I just want the absolute best for my pets — and this place is the gold standard. They treat every animal as an individual, not just another appointment, and that makes all the difference. Every single member of staff goes above and beyond. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shines through in the way they treat both pets and owners. I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else. Now that Fred has almost fully recovered, I think he’s going to start inventing illnesses just to get more cuddles from the team!🤣🤍

  Having repeatedly encountered impasses in addressing my dog's persistent skin allergies through previous veterinary clinics, I sought out Knutsford Veterinary Practice specifically for their specialist dermatology services. My initial consultation with Paul was incredibly reassuring. His immediate empathy, evident when he sat on the floor to put my dog at ease, truly set the tone. Paul excels at demystifying complex medical information, and I greatly appreciated how swiftly he delivered both short-term relief and a clear, comprehensive long-term treatment plan. This structured guidance has been crucial in helping me regain confidence and feel in control of my dog's condition. Paul's relatable nature, including discussions of his ongoing training and his own Labradors, adds a wonderful human element, and the complimentary first consultation was a particularly thoughtful and valued gesture. The exceptional care extended well beyond the consultation room. The detailed treatment plan was delivered promptly after the appointment, and the nurse took her time to thoroughly explain all of my dog's medications. Moreover, the ability to ask questions between appointments is an invaluable service that significantly improves the continuity of care. The facility itself is meticulously clean and boasts a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, further enhanced by the thoughtful inclusion of a children's play area. A particularly poignant detail was the lighting of a candle in the waiting room, signifying quiet respect while someone's pet had passed away. What truly distinguishes Knutsford Veterinary Practice is the team's consistent warmth and unwavering professionalism. They ensure every client feels genuinely welcomed and individually valued, far beyond being a mere number.
