honestly cannot praise Claire, Lucy, and Jon at reception highly enough. From the very first moment you walk through the doors, you are treated with such warmth, professionalism and genuine care that it instantly puts you at ease. Claire and Lucy are simply incredible🤍their kindness, patience, understanding, and dedication to both animals and owners is something truly special. You can see how deeply they care about every pet that comes through the practice, and that level of compassion is rare to find. The service they provide should honestly be the example for every company that deals with customers face to face. In a world where genuine customer care can sometimes feel forgotten, this team reminds you exactly how people should be treated. Nothing felt rushed, and no question is ever too much. They are an absolute credit to vets4pets and I am beyond grateful for everything they did(especially after having bad experiences at other vets). Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. Truly outstanding people and outstanding service.

Just registered with this vets yesterday, My kitten hadn’t pooped in a couple days and I was extremely worried especially for his age. The vets at this practice preformed a small Enema on him, personally I was worried about the price of this vet visit especially because I didn’t have insurance yet, but it totalled to be beyond reasonable! The vets also advised me on his diet going forward to prevent this happening again, and guidance on pet insurance. It’s only been a day but with their advice Kyro is now using his litter tray as normal and enjoying his new diet :) Above and beyond, excellent service. Couldn’t recommend them more!!!

Quick consultation with 2 fleas tablets cost £52. I find it very expensive so I asked for prescriptions so I can buy the fleas tabs with VioVet. Contacted them via WhatsApp and was told they will give me the prescriptions. When I was told to collect the prescriptions, it wasn’t ready and was told I have to pay £21 and after I agreed, I felt I’ve been tricked as she tried to charge me £42. I was then told again it’s £21 each dog’s prescriptions . I told the receptionist I never experienced this to any other branch of Vers4Pets then I walked away. This branch in Kirkstall is a total ripped off. So I registered my Chihuahua somewhere else.

I’ve never had a bad experience with this branch. They took great care of my cat, Eliza when she was spayed yesterday and even called to let me know how she was! (that was much appreciated as I had been on edge since she was dropped off). Receptionists are absolutely lovely both in person and via phone and the vets are super even if Eliza doesn’t like going.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the whole team for looking after Theo. We’ve had multiple appointments for our cat in the last 4 months. Jo and Andreaa have been amazing and have helped him from his very first check up to getting him neutered, they’re a real credit to the team. I also wanted to say a big thank you to everyone on the reception team. They’ve all been so helpful both on the phone and when we’ve been in. Thank you 🐈
