The whole team is very professional. Dr. Luke is very professional and patient. My dog Milo underwent TPLO surgery here and received excellent treatment and care.

Our dog Oscar is an old boy now and has been through several serious health issues. Luke and the team have always been very professional and given the highest standard of care I could ask for and I have 100% trust in the care he receives from this practice. The thing that stands out is not the knowledge they have or how good they are with our dog, it’s the kindness and understanding they show us as dog parents through some difficult times and decisions over the years, especially now it’s coming towards the end for our lovely Oscar the advice and empathy we are receiving is priceless. I would always recommend Luke and the team to anyone and thank them for all they have done for our boy.

Luke at Vets4Pets Loughborough has provided the most amazing care for Dolly. From pre op all the way through to post op, Luke explained everything in great detail, showing me with a training aid what he and his team had corrected on Dolly's knee. From previous experience from other vets I have never had this level of support during the operation for our other dog. I highly recommend Vets4Pets at Loughborough, 12 out of 10 service!

Great veterinary practice. Have been a customer here for over 6 years now - most visits purely routine with no issues. When Dexter had a more complex challenge with a leg injury, Luke was fantastic - pre and post op and in subsequent follow ups. I would heartily recommend this practice.
