Thank you to all the staff at this branch of MediVet. I brought in our little Minnie today with a poorly eye. Not only did I get a same day appointment - no trouble, but Minnie received the perfect care. I’m disabled & unable to drive, so I needed assistance with lifting Minnie & getting her into a cab that would take a little dog. Every staff member greeted me like a friend, Minnie was spoilt with lots of love & you can see just how much the staff care for their animals. Medical emergencies are never easy - it was a difficult day for myself & Minnie, but you all made it so much easier. Thank you!

I would like to thank the team at Medivet Faygate for the care and attention that they gave to my Lulu during her palliative time. The whole team were very compassionate, supportive and competent. They have all shown great care of all my pets and even gone above and beyond to provide the best treatment options. Lisa the receptionist went out of her way when I was unable to collect medication and brought it to my home, which was outstandingly kind and caring.

These people saved our dogs life, our Bloodhound Sherlock had bloat and a twisted stomach, we bought him in out of hours, across the New Year/Christmas break and within minutes of being there a tremendously competent and professional vet went to work with her team of fantastic nursing staff saving him. The whole team were extremely professional and understanding when dealing with our 60 kilo challenging blood hound. I cannot thank the entire practice staff enough for there kind and wonderful treatment of our big lad, he stayed in hospital 3 days and is now home recovering. I would highly recommend this vets practice unreservedly, if we had not found them our Sherlock would not be with us now. Thank you is not enough xx

Had to take my cat in a few days ago and he really hates the carrier. He was seen on time by Danielle and was calmed enough to mostly get a diagnosis although he will probably need to go back soon for a follow up. Nice clean surgery and he was well looked after.

Very pleased with how well vet Nadia looks after our cats. Today was worm and flea treatment for Bea who is always happy to see Nadia. Thanks as well to reception staff who are always helpful and knowledgeable.
