Great people, really friendly team. Each time I have seen a different vet for check ups but they have all be fantastic. We have a very nervous 10 year old rescue cat and they have been great with her. Can't recommend them enough.

This place is the reason I still have two of my babies (third has always been fine). They have always been vigilant, they have always trusted my own instincts and listened to me, they have been beyond wonderful to my babies. They saved my boy's life. They dont need to look at their files, they know them so well. Even when I call, they usually recognise my voice and ask if it's about Kody. They treat my babies like they are their own and have taken such, such good care of them. I dont know what I would have done without them/ would do without them. I cannot fault them and am forever indebted to them.

My cat went for her six monthly check which I booked easily on line. I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. The vet was very caring and did all the necessary checks and offered to worm her, which he did. Excellent customer service

Not our usual veterinary practice due to being away at present but cannot fault the service we received at the Wool surgery. Extremely efficient and friendly practice and there for us when we needed it for our Cocker Spaniel. Great vet who provided a thorough check and medication. Also worth noting that as a result of our normal Medivet practice in Crawley, the Wool branch was able to access our dog’s medical records which can only lead to better outcomes for all animals if serious conditions need to be addressed. In our case, it was a simple solution to a simple problem but highlighted the greater efficiency through shared data. Thank you.

Vet Richard Irvine was fantastic with my very small and scared Jack Russell dog. He gave her a cuddle to reassure her and gave her treats whilst giving her injection he really put myself and my dog at ease . You can tell Richard really loves and cares about Animals and is a fantastic vet. I have been going to this vets for 4 and a half years and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming and I would definitely recommend Harvest vets in Maidenbower Crawley.
