My dog cut it's leg on a walk. I was able to see the vet Richard quickly and my dog was treated gently and expertly. I was talked through the procedure and medication to ensure I was fully informed.

My dog was hit by a car which did not stop, I had no appointment though the dog is registered with Grove vets, he was seen within an hour and thankfully he is bruised but fine. Thankyou to the staff and the vet who examined him!

The vet was very friendly and put me at my ease. I was a little nervous because our cat can be very boisterous and I can only pick her up with a towel. However, the vet was very patient and gave me plenty of time - and allowed me many attempts - to set the cat on the observation table. We needed a little more assistance and the vet helpfully asked a nurse to provide some more support. The vet clearly explained another treatment they offered and also checked the cat’s age. The vet was very thorough with enquiring about the cat’s recent health. The premises were spotless. All the staff, including the receptionist, were very professional.

I phoned about my kitten and the lovely receptionist told me to take her straight in. Was seen by Sarah the vet who was so knowledgeable in her diagnosis. We have been using this practice for over 10 years and in our opinion they are the best. Highly recommend.

Absolutely would recommend Grove Vets (Medi Vet). Every animal I ever had and still have go here . They treat every animal like it’s their own . When putting any of our animals to sleep they have been nothing but professional and compassionate, they even send a card after the death of your animal. Top class service . Thank you to all involved. Donna Martin
