Had an absolute awful experience when picking my cat up after being spayed. When I initially made the appointment I told them I had a voucher from cats protection that would help with money off the operation, the lady on the phone told me that it was fine and just to check it was in date and bring it with me when paying my balance and proceeded to take a deposit and book the appointment. I went to pick my cat up today only to be told they don’t accept them and that no one at the practice would of told me otherwise, tired to say I’d been speaking to a different vet in town yet they had my deposit so it was clearly them, I explained I never would of booked the appointment if they had of told me they didn’t accept the voucher they didn’t care at all and weren’t helpful just tried to blame everyone else such as cats protection, me and other vets. It’s extra stress I did not need and safe to say I will not be back!

Town Vets are wonderful. Lost our wee 16 year old Jack Russell last week and they handled everything with compassion and understanding. Just received a lovely card from them with a wee paw print of Holly. Couldn't ask for better.

The most compassionate group of staff ever. So sensitive to the owner and pets needs, they go above and beyond to help out and deliver top class care. Specifically Val who Is a wonderful lady and vet and who helped us have 4 more weeks with our wee fur baby Yoji, giving him the best quality of life until he sadly passed away. We would never have had those last precious weeks without Val. Thank you from the bottom of out hearts. Julie & Mike.

I have been putting of writing this review for some time now for the simple reason being I've never been so annoyed and believe me when I say I'm being extremely polite by that to be made feel like your completely thick and chastised like a child literally when only 1 foot is through the door is absolutely vile. I brought my partners dog here for a couple of reasons and before I got both feet through the consultation door she was down my neck about the type of lead I had (extentable lead). I went in to get this dog seen to to get advice and to get her whatever treatment she needs and everything I was trying to explain to that woman just went right over her head she even checked the wrong legs on the dog the only way I can really explain this is I paid this vet to end up leaving in sheer anger and upset and even more confused for as long as I draw breath I'll NEVER be back through that door. On the upside we have eventually got that dog diagnosed with arthritis and she's on the proper diet food all with affinity vets in moria we also now have our other 2 registered with affinity vets now best thing I ever did my only regret is not moving vets sooner and telling that vet exactly what I think of her

So happy with the care at The Town Vets Both Natalie and Gill at reception were so kind and helpful with registering our dog and booking her in for her procedure. The Vet, Valerie, fantastic—she explained everything clearly was so patient, which really put us at ease. Great with our dog too. The vet nurse I spoke with post procedure (didn’t catch her name) was also lovely. She told me she was cuddling my dog which was really nice to hear that she was in the hands of someone so caring The price for the spaying procedure was very fair compared to other vets in the area. Overall really happy our dog is registered here. Thanks again to the whole team!
