Medivet - Stroud Green

My poor cat had an eye blow out...hemorrhage blood filled eye. I was stressed full of anxiety. I called my regular Medivets who gave me allocation times and numbers to contact other vets in my area. Given the emergency of the situation. Medivets on Tollington where brilliant, empathetic and calm. Being anxious about my old girl kitty the vet and receptionist delt the situation incredibly well. So thankful for their professionalism and care

Performed a detailed health check of our two dogs before providing the annual vaccination booster. Provided some good advice, and was very helpful. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic experience with this vet clinic when I brought my female cat in for spaying. From start to finish, everything was handled with care and professionalism. I left my cat in their capable hands for the whole day and picked her up at 4 PM. They provided us with clear, detailed instructions on post-surgery care, which made the recovery process so much easier to manage. Three days later, we had a follow-up appointment where the vet carefully checked her condition. They determined that another session wasn’t necessary, but kindly asked us to send in a photo after three more days for further evaluation via email. By day seven, my cat had fully recovered, and the procedure was a complete success! The staff, including both the nurse and vet, were incredibly friendly and caring throughout. It’s clear that they genuinely love animals, and I felt confident that my cat was in excellent hands. We’ve also come here for vaccinations and microchipping, and I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with their service. Highly recommend this clinic for their professionalism, attention to detail, and warm approach. I’ll definitely continue bringing my cat here for future care!

Awful standards. The manager excused a vet’s rude behaviour by saying it was “her culture to shout and be loud.” That is not an acceptable justification. It reflects both poor customer service and a troubling attitude to professional conduct. It also unfairly stereotypes people from the Iberian Peninsula. I left seriously concerned about the standard of care and how animals might be treated when owners are not present.

If your thinking of registering here, think agian! Plenty of much better practices in a reasonable proximity. These people do not take their jobs seriously. My cat was booked in for a serious operation which meant she could not eat for 24 hour beforehand. I scheduled the operation a month before and booked time off from work to attend as they are not open weekend, I turned up and sat down for them to realise the person was not actually attending work that day. When I was upset that my cat had been fasting and been through the stress of a car journey, they told me that I could find a better practice if I wanted too and didn’t need to go to them!!! Honestly, the strangest experience no apology, no empathy, just rude dismissive hostile lead vet defending the cancellation of appointment. They have no people OR animal skills, wouldn’t let them near a worm let alone a cat!

Disgusting vet service. My poorly puppy was even more anxious and terrified during the checkup They charged us a ridiculous amount for a 5/10 minutes quick check up with was just to feel his tummy and patties The vet was not friendly, The fees was not explained to us in the initial booking or arrival however it was billed and demanded to us before we had left. I have canceled our membership with them after this experience and will never go back I definitely will Not recommend
