My very first appointment with Pilgrims, and a lovely vet gave me biccies then a tasty and de-stressing licky mat. I didn't even realise she'd given me my booster, or squirted anything up my nose for kennel cough, or checked my teeth over! It was all done so quickly and efficiently. Wag, wag! Would highly recommend! Been using Pilgrims Fordingbridge for years and never had a bad experience. Staff all really lovely and very caring for animals! Definitely recommended the pet health club plan they use as it saves you so much money!

Nice welcome, always professional. Clean and tidy environment.Appointments to suit with an online booking service, as well as phone, which ever you find easiest. Our four legged friend loves the vet( maybe the bribes) also recently had to call out of hours emergency service, which was also excellent. Advice was given and no visit was needed, but cost of out of hours was discussed up front so no surprises, had we needed to attend the surgery. Many thanks to all at Pilgrims.

Pilgrims Veterinary Practice is excellent. It is easy to get an appointment and Doe (my greyhound) is always given a great welcome. The vet gives plenty of time to discuss Doe's health issues and create a plan to manage them. An excellent team of vets and staff who are genuinely committed and compassionate about putting the animal first. Everyone is so friendly, and it’s not a “walk away” after treatment; they make sure that they are following up on the patient, whether it’s the vet, the vet nurses or the receptionist practitioners. They know my animals well, from cats, dogs, chickens and ponies and therefore I have complete trust in their knowledge, care and ethos for my animals and me.

Excellent vets , my cat was wrongly diagnosed elsewhere , I brought him to Pilgrims vets where he was seen on that day given a thorough examination and given medication that he needed . Jackie in reception was kind caring and just amazing . Nikki the vet was excellent she listened to me kept me up to date with costings and reassured when I was worried for my pet . While on holiday, our miniature dachshund was bitten by an adder, and we were incredibly grateful for the care provided by Pilgrims Vets. They saw her promptly, were calm, reassuring, and clearly very knowledgeable. The treatment and communication were excellent throughout. We couldn’t have asked for better care during a stressful situation.
