Portland House Vets - Ollerton

Such a wonderful visit from beginning to end. Lovely receptionist Karen welcomed dear Twinnie, and myself, whereupon we were immediately invited to the treatment room by lovely vet, Jenny R, who immediately put my slightly anxious elderly cat Twinnie, at ease, when attending for his diabetes/insulin review.. Jenny was absolutely wonderful. I felt completely reassured by her knowledge and gentle manner in the way she examined my beautiful boy. Thank you so much, Linda & Twinnie

We have been using Portland for over 25 years. They have always provided a professional and caring service. Whenever we have had any concerns about our pets, they have endeavoured to offer an appointment as soon as possible. Very helpful and understanding receptionist. Great team of vets and nurses.

Been with Portland house vets 7 years now and highly recommend them. Karen the receptionist is a lovely lady and the vets are too. Thank you to the team at Portland house vets.

Saw my cat because the vet I’m with was closed and I needed to travel miles to do an out of surgery visit. I appreciate them doing this. Only problem is I would like to return to them but they are very expensive compared to the vet I am now with. I am not rolling in money and my pet is my company but I can’t afford a pet now because of prices, it’s a shame really.

Care, compassion and speed without feeling rushed. No unecessary fees or proceedures like with past vets and thorough careful examination. Many thanks, 100% recommend.

This practice never lets me or my dog down, from Karen and her colleagues on reception through to the nurses and vets, they always make my visit as good as it possibly can be. Very reassuring and excellent approach to animal care loaded with compassion and knowledge.

From booking online to attending Jacks appointment, it’s always a great service which gives me confidence in taking Jack here. You get to stay with your pet during the consultation so you know exactly what is happening. Jack always seems very happy here, purring the whole time so yes I would definitely recommend.

Great atmosphere really professional in the way they put u and your pet at ease. Introduce new medication that has recently come into practice such as the yearly jab for fleas and ticks. You dont need to remember when the year is uo as their records let you know by text message. Great service.

Portland looked after my two cats and dog over a course of 3 years. They have always been amazing to them all. The receptionist, the nursing team and the vets have always been kind, professional and helpful in each of the visits. We relocated so we changed vets, so we sadly changed vets. But I would recommend their services to pet owners in the area.

Registered with my 3 1/2 year old cat, been with them also with previous cats. Great vets, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend
