Sadly yesterday we had to say goodbye to our beautiful Collie Sally. The wonderful young lady vet ( sorry I didn't get your name) gave us so much time & reassurance that we were doing what was best for Sally something you really need at a time like that Sally was calm throughout & passed peacefully. Thankyou to the team for making such a sad time so much easier for us

There are some great vets at this practice. A vet named C Lewis saw my cat through her treatment and made sure to talk us through any questions and concerns we had, often spending more time on the phone explaining things than a busy vet has. Another vet who's name I didnt get, and eastern European lady I think, saw her through the euthanasia, which was again handled with patience and a great amount of compassion from all, including the receptionists

Let's face it most of us that make the decision to share our lives with animals do so because we wouldn't have it any other way. So, don't compromise on their care when they need it. A good vet/veterinary team should be with you and your pets for years to come, all being well. This is why time and time again hands down we visit Vets4Pets in Forest Town. A massive thank you to the team yesterday at Vets for Pets Forest town in Mansfield. Our greyhound Sid had cut his leg and we thought he might of cut a main artery as it was so bad. We rushed him straight to the vets and the team saw to him straight away, luckily he was absolutely fine! Just a cut so they bandaged him up. My poor mum was shaking and was really distressed as she thought it wasn’t good news and the lovely receptionist’s Sam and another young lady (I’m sorry we didn’t get your name!) They were so lovely and attentive, Sam sat my mum down and made her a cup of tea and gave her a massive hug and was reassuring her. Sid is now home resting up and having even more TLC than normal, he’s loving life being pampered and has had scrambled egg and toast this morning for his breakfast! 😂 Thank you so much! Had my male rabbit neutered yesterday, but I used Vets4Pets 10+ years ago for my labrador, Poppy. It was so lovely to go in and see recognizable faces after all this time. I called on the Friday and they were able to book me in for the following Monday at times convenient for us! The lady we spoke to was so thorough and informative and getting my boy home, you'd never know he'd have had surgery. He was so relaxed and comfortable, I'm so grateful to all the staff for being so accommodating and reassuring.

Eternally for ever great full to these guys, honestly. Had an emergency on Saturday 6/7/24 as my pooch was ran over. I rang them in a blind panic and they told me to come straight up, saw my Rosie right away,cleaned her up, gave her pain meds and antibiotics and really reassured me that she's fine, nothing broken. They said she's one lucky pooch,I totally agree. I really can't thank you enough. I left in a hurry too so no purse or bank card, they let me pay over the phone once I returned home, thank you for your trust. Highly recommended

In the past month I have visited quite a few times with my dog as I had found a mammary lump on her. The whole process from our first phonecall, our appointments, the surgery and post op appointments cannot be faulted. Every member of staff I came in to contact with were kind, knowledgeable and reassuring. They explained everything and had the time to answer any questions I had. At one point I was concerned about something with my dog's wound but they promptly saw us and dealt with the issue. It has been a very difficult time for me but I thank you all for taking care of my dog and making it as easy as it could be. I also found great reassurance in the fact my dog was excited to visit them every single time! I have to add that when I was deciding whether to use Vets For Pets, I read the online reviews and came across a negative one about one of the receptionists, Carol. I was a little unsure whether to proceed but after reading other reviews I decided that I would go here. I feel that I made the right decision. I understand that everyone has their own experiences so I'm not saying that what the person wrote was untrue, but I feel it's only fair to mention my experience with Carol. She was the first person from Vets For Pets that we spoke to and she was very kind and professional. I also dealt with her on most of my visits and she was always pleasant and helpful. I personally thought she was really nice, caring and had a good sense of humour at the appropriate times. Again, thank you to everyone at Vets For Pets, I truly appreciate your service to us.
