Very strange experience recently, paid for the unfortunate euthanasia of a cat that the practice diagnosed with mouth cancer and who they were fully aware of. Very sad to say after a smooth treatment the practice was not at all transparent regarding the fees and have since caused quite an upset. The vet was very caring though. So just a mismatch of upsetting experiences this time here and now as well as years ago our cat's issues were fobbed off and not properly investigated.

Fantastic from start to end. The vet was amazing and listened very well. Was lovely with my Toby and put my mind at ease. They don't force anything on you and truly are just there for the heath and happiness of your beautiful animals.

Me and my partner made the tough decision to put our little budgie to sleep on Monday 27th October. The vet showed great professionalism and empathy throughout and allowed us to share the last few moments of her little life in private. I received a sympathy card along with flower seeds from Vets for Pets Sutton in Ashfield. This small, yet beautiful gesture touched both our hearts and we will be forever grateful. Thank you to all the team.

Took a swan to this practice this morning after it was injured in a dog attack. The ladies were lovely - receptionist, nurses and the vet were so kind, cleaned and treated his injuries then arranged a place for him at a wildlife sanctuary. They could not have done more. Many thanks to this great practice

Vets4Pets, Sutton-in-Ashfield for many years have cared for my little dog. Staff are always caring and patient with my little girl, as she has abit of anxiety over vet visits. Recently, I was really worried about a sudden change in behaviour, and eating habits in my dog. And I felt that the practice staff did all they could to make sure my dog was properly looked after. Reception arranged a same day appointment, and once we arrived my dog was seen by a veterinary nurse named Steph. Steph was kind and attentive, and clearly explained the steps she'd take to investigate my little girl. I really felt my dog was truly cared for, and that Steph had only her best interests at heart. If you own a dog, cat or rabbit, I really recommend you join one of the "Complete Care Plans" offered here. They offer a range of benefits that coupled with the care from the staff at Vets4Pets - Sutton in Ashfield, has really benefited my dog over the years. Its made me feel I'm doing all I can to love and care for my beautiful little companion.
