Update: I received a lovely card :) Where can I even start... I had to say goodbye to my beautiful hamster Juno this Saturday. She had been incredibly unwell for about two weeks, and Addie had been there every step of the way in her corner and leaving no stone unturned. She made extra time to speak with me, and did everything she could and beyond for my little girl, who she treated with the greatest care, dignity, and respect. I cannot sing Addie's praises enough. She is the vet that every pet owner would hope for and surpasses even those hopes. I am so glad that Juno was in her care, even if the outcome was not what anyone had wanted. Every single person in the Desk team has also helped more than they know. On my first visit, when Juno was not outwardly visibly unwell, they made such a fuss of her when I came to pay. When it was her time, the room I stepped out to, where reception was, was full of quiet compassion. Losing your pet is every pet guardian's worst nightmare, where the concept of comfort seems impossible to imagine. But I can say without a shadow of a doubt that both myself and Juno received the best possible experience in such a dark time. Thank you. Our household is home to many little creatures and I imagine we will be back. It is monumental to know that when things go wrong, this place is here.

Normally I’m asked for a survey after an appointment, but my last visit they did not. I sadly had to say goodbye to my cat. I’ll never understand why they have to put a cannula into a pets paw, I think it is barbaric. They could not even do this properly. My poor cat must have been in a lot of pain unnecessarily as it took two attempts. I don’t like it when they have to do things out of sight because any explanation is just words. The vet bill was ridiculous for half hour appointment.

Addie and the team took such wonderful care of my cat during the last few months of her life, showing genuine compassion and kindness at every visit. They treated her with such gentleness and respect, and always made sure she was as comfortable and happy as possible. When it came time to say goodbye, Addie handled everything with incredible empathy — not just for my cat, but for me too. Her calm, caring manner made an unbearable moment a little easier to bear. Afterwards, I even received a beautiful condolence card from the clinic, which touched me deeply. It showed just how much they truly care. I’ll always be grateful to Addie and the team for their compassion, understanding, and the love they showed us right to the very end.

Today I took my dog Nino for a digestive problem. Dr. Jack treated me and I loved the way he treated my dog, who is already older. The clinic staff is very kind and attentive. I left very satisfied. I highly recommend them.

My 3 cats are my life! Lovely friendly staff who always make me feel welcome especially as an anxious person! I went in as an emergency thinking my kitten Nala had swallowed something as i felt a lump and she was hard swallowing, luckily all was fine just a play fight wound with tango mango💀and the lovely vet Ade didn’t even charge me as i think she knows i’m an anxious cat mom!😂 Dealing with my animals alone for the first time since losing my mum has been tough so receiving such kindness did more than you’ll ever know. Thankyou for all you do you’re all great!🫶🏽❤️
