I recently changed my vets to the Priory group. The vets and staff are absolutely superb, their knowledge, compassion and expertise when dealing with myself and my babies has been exceptional. I recently visited because one of my dogs was not breathing properly, we were already aware of a heart condition, however, she also developed liver disease π. When visiting, James advised that he was not happy to send her home and immediately proceeded to examine her. The diagnosis meant that there was no further treatment available and the only decision was to let her go. The staff were amazing and let us bring her sister to say goodbye. They gave us as much time as we needed to give her treats and take some precious pictures and cuddles with her. The vet then came in and gave her the injection while I held her warm paw and told her how much I loved her and was going to miss her before she fell gently to sleep ππ

A huge thankyou to Nicola and the team at Priory Vets for their brilliant care of Meg, our aging 13 year old dog with health conditions. Meg needed urgent surgery & Nicola explained how they would minimise anaesthesia time to make it as safe as possible. Meg recovered amazingly well & now has a new lease of life. We are so grateful for the outstanding veterinary skills of Nicola & the team. Thank you!

Although this review is long overdue, I wanted to share my experience. I visited Priory alone with my incredibly beloved hamster who was nearing the end of his life and was needing to be put to sleep that day, and I was heartbroken and in tears. The vet I saw was so incredibly kind and compassionate. Despite the fact that some may not understand how much a small pet like a hamster can mean, I felt absolutley no judgment for my emotions. The vet offered me tissues and gave me the time I needed to say my goodbyes, which meant so much. A few weeks later, I was deeply touched to receive a condolence card from Priory. This gesture truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your kindness, it truly meant so much to me. I couldn't reccomend a veterinary practice more.

Took my boy, Harley, a Maltese/Terrier cross as he had a bald patch on his left side. He had been nibbling as he had fleas even though I was using a prescribed treatment. I was prescribed a tablet form, he no longer has fleas and his bald patch is recovering π

Visited Priory Vets @ Tadworth today. Although tedious their Covid Compliance is both efficient and User friendly. Our 8 week old puppy received excellent attention, Danielle the vet called while we waited in the car confirming all our enquiries very clearly and professionally. We live locally, considering ourselves blessed to have such a facility close by with all the Priory Team on hand. Russell Bracegirdle
