Rase were always wonderful with our dog, Belle. Whether she had inadvertently knocked a tooth uo into her sinus cavity, or just had tummy troubles. They were always patient, kind, and caring with our special brindle greyhound, right up until the end.

Have used Rase in the past for emergencies when my own vet wasn't available and always found the service and care great, but on my last visit in January, I phoned for an emergency appointment telling the receptionist that the dog In question dog was showing signs of a gastric torsion, they gave me an appointment, I went and was met with a young vet who basically flicked her stomach and said "well yes it probably is but we can't do anything here so you'll have to go to scunthorpe" Given that I made it clear over the phone this was likely torsion, why on earth any vet would suggest bringing the dog to them when they couldn't do anything for her instead of telling me to go straight to Scunthorpe. Torsion is a true emergency and time is critical and precious time was wasted travelling to a vet that basically told me to get back in the car and travel 40 minutes in the other direction! The only concern the vet seemed to have was trying to give me a quote to send me to Scunthorpe Rase. In the end I left and took my dog to a different vet. Will never use Rase again.

Emergency treatment given within minutes of arriving at the surgery. They managed to save one puppy put on a drip overnight but the other puppy was put to sleep. It seems they had ingested a toxin and the veterinarians prompt action definitely save a life. 100% recommended

We moved to Rase Vets earlier on in the year with my old Cavalier Kings Charles Spaniel. We have received excellent and compassionate service from both the vets and the receptionists. We had to call the emergency vet out early one Sunday morning and the vet arrived very promptly and treated my dog and ourselves with great care and consideration. My dog sadly passed away peacefully at home and again Rase Vets were extremely caring and are taking care of cremating her. I can't thank them enough for their excellent service and would highly recommend!

Great vet practice, with really friendly staff and passionate vets. 4 stars because they did not have the equipment to check my pets small ears but the diagnosis and treatment was easy to understand and they showed they did know their profession really well. The costs were very reasonable. I would definitely reccomend this practice, and would trust them with my pets in the future.
