Fabulous vets, Ross is great with all our animals and never rushes you out the door so lots of time to ask questions about your animals problems, my only criticism I wish they had emergency out of hours cover nearer, maybe one based in Stirling rather than both in Glasgow, such a long way to travel in an emergency.

Riverside vets are excellent, all the staff go that extra mile from the receptionists to the vets, especially Ross, who shows genuine concern and worry about my miniature schnauzers and explains in great detail what they need and why they need certain medications or procedures...a five star rating from us.

This practice is the best, from the minute my pets walks in the door till they leave they get 5 star treatment, I cant recommend this practice enough. I also like how they explain to me what is happening to my pets and answer all my questions with time patients. I cant thank you all enough for your kindness and professionalism with my pets. I have a very aggressive dog and they are amazing with him. Thank you all.

Ross is just amazing! He is totally in tune with what your pet needs and also has empathy and kindness to cope with anxious pet parents. My dog, Rufus fell down a 66ft drop into a gorged area that was impossible for us to access. Thankfully the mountain rescue team recovered him 36 hours later and Ross agreed to see and treat him. I am indebted to everyone who helped to save Rufus and can fully recommend this vet who agreed to see him despite the fact that we are visitors to the area and we are not his client. Thank you so much, Nadine, Sveta and Rufus xxx

On holiday in Straythe and one of our dogs got a tick. As we’d never seen one before we were unsure how to remove it safely so rang the vets. They were due to be closing soon but the lovely vet said we could pop straight along. She removed the tick and was so kind we wanted to write a thank you to her on here. Brock says thank you 🐶
