I have been going to Riverside for years and wouldn't use any other vet. They are supportive and caring towards animals and their owners alike. They give options of treatment where possible and truly care for their patients..

Just amazing! They understand the love you have for your little fur baby and i trust the team and all their advice - the team are friendly and approachable. Would not use any other vet team. The vet team won’t over charge you and give advice with love

I have been at this practice since I moved back to Canvey 15 years ago. I used to see Callum, but now mostly see Andrea. I trust them with my dogs, when I had to say goodbye to my eldest last year Andrea was so supportive and empathetic, it made one of the hardest days of my life run a little more smoothly. Andrea still talks about my Jack, and I feel that she has a genuine passion for her job, and the pets and people she helps. I would never go to another vets. I can't recommend them enough.

Riverside vets Canvey are very professional and always have your pets well being at heart. They listen, explain things and ensure you are aware of the choices of treatment available. Staff are polite and welcoming and I always recommend their services to friends and family.

On seeing the vet, almost straight away showed concern for gunner, there was a hole at each end of his front leg pad, grass seed, he took gunner in an another room and was back within 5 minutes, the vet had taken out from inside his foot a grass seed stem between 12mm-17mm in length It was unreal, the vet said gunner should be back to normal within 2 days We’ll only the following day gunner was walking on all 4 legs bouncing back like a Jack Russell would, I know gunner can’t say thank you - but I can THANK YOU

Our Sphynx came in to be speyed today and the whole experience was amazing. Thank you to all of the team for looking after Seagull and making it a completely stress free time. Special thanks to our amazing vet who even changed the surgery slightly so our hairless cat didn’t have a visible scar on her side! We won’t ever use a different vets🤍
