  As new Frenchie owners there is of course a minefield to navigate regarding possible issues or current. We switched vets to Medivet from the breeders initial practice, moreso because of Medivets amazing pet plan but also practicality as there are so many branches. We immediately realised we made the right choice, the staff at “Front of House” are so welcoming, helpful and cheerful too and that means so much. Along with the practicality of the surgery’s locations we are so lucky that Liz is a Frenchie specialist, in 30 minutes we had learnt so much from her regarding the breed, we will probably still need our Boy to have surgery but we know he’s in the best hands possible. So for a business that offers competitive pricing, bright clean premises and wonderful staff across all areas of the practice we can’t recommend them highly enough. Of course we are only just registered so who knows how this will pan out but our review at this stage is based on first impressions, so with that in mind, 5 Stars. Gus agrees!

  Medivet Benfleet have been looking after our elderly dog Buttons (and us!) for many years. We have found all members of the team at Benfleet to be helpful and supportive in dealing with the many health issues that Buttons has. We would also like to add the excellent service that Medivet Southend (24 hour emergency care) provide too!

  Registered our new puppy with Medivet and had the appointment a earlier this week. Staff were really friendly and the vet was spot on. Really nice atmosphere and they obviously love animals! We were told our options in terms of care plans etc but nothing was pushed on us. Really pleased that we chose Medivet

  Always first class service from every member of the team at Medivet. The vet shows amazing knowledge and genuinely listens and understands and has a clear idea of a treatment plan going forwards. So much empathy and compassion. Would thoroughly recommend Medivet Benfleet.

  Great vet who carried out my 3 dog's health checks. Very thorough and explained as the examinations took place. Receptionists very good as always. Took 4 minutes writing this and 25 minutes trying to download drag and drop photo which kept failing?

  Phoebe (cocker Spaniel) loves this vets. The staff and vet always make time to ensure Phoebe is comfortable being seen the vet always very helpful in answering any questions or concerns I may have. Excellent advice

  Took my dog along for his 6 month health check and had a very positive experience. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and the practice is spotlessly clean. The vet (Paulina) had a fantastic manner with my dog which kept him calm and co-operative. Would definitely recommend.

  Have used this vet's for quite a few years when it was Riverside and stayed when went over to Medivet. See Dragos who was very polite and understanding and would highly recommend. Dragos did 2 estimates for an operation on a Cat and left it to myself to decide which option would be best for myself. The reception staff are also very friendly and polite.
