The staff are all kind, caring, reassuring and professional. My dog had a recent stay in the Medicare Hospital. He was carefully monitored whilst being treated. He was cuddled and looked after… and taken on walks. He’s been home for a few days now and still making good progress. Thank you. It’s so comforting to know there’s such excellent help 24/7.

We have been with Downes Medivet for a number of years. Have always found them very helpful and treat our animals well. Particularly recommend the current vet, Micheal who deals very patiently with our difficult dog.

We have used this practice for 20 plus years. Our vet Michael is very good always polite and ready to answer our many questions. Strangely our dog loves going to see him even though recently it’s for a regular injection he has lol. The receptionist is equally engaging and helpful.

I think it speaks volumes that we have been with this practice approximately 35 years. 4 dogs later & Michael & the team welcome our present dog, Winston, like an old friend. Of course fees have increased, but to know your pet is in good hands is priceless. We never leave a consultation without feeling satisfied & well looked after. Tony, Sue & Winston 🐾
