Our beloved Ragdoll Mia was always well looked after by Tom and Natalie. Sadly after almost reaching her 19th birthday we had to let her go, it was simply her time. The care and detail Natalie went to on the dreaded day was outstanding. Mia always received the best care, no expensive unnecessary test were ever offered, just honest advice and only medication to help her in her golden years. This practice feels like an independent vets, not a chain. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. 5* from me.

In our 14th year of yearly jabs and checkups for our two cats. Really excellent value for our initial outlay one off payment. Always make our two cats feel like old friends and now our Ellie has failing thyroid function she is under their care for this. Thankfully we have full insurance but we stay with Leigh due to our yearly 'service' and for the delightful vetinary staff.

Unfortunately one of my cats was unwell. Natalie was amazing (she always is) she saw Spangle and confirmed our fears of her being a frail, elderly lady. We decided to bring her home (this was Friday) knowing she didn’t have long. Natalie told us what to look for to decide as and when to take her back. Spangle sadly deteriorated over the weekend, showing the symptoms Natalie had mentioned. This morning we decided it was time. 😢 So we took her to Natalie where she agreed the time had come to say ‘Goodbye’ We can only express our thanks to Natalie who is not only professional, friendly and honest but fair and kind. On Friday appointments were rearranged with fellow vets and nurses to give us time and today was made as easy as she could have possibly made it. Thank you Natalie. The practice is always clean and inviting. Staff are friendly and polite. I cannot fault this practice at all. Highly recommend.

First time dog owner & VERY happy patient/ customer! We had been advised by friends and family to avoid “chain” vets and go instead to the highly expensive privately owned clinics. I called to enquire with our local private practice and no one answered the call. So I called Vets 4 Pets Leigh-on-Sea and was kindly greeted in seconds. The staff here are absolutely fantastic… from the kind, patient and friendly reception staff who sound like they genuinely enjoy their jobs… through to the amazing Vets and Nurses whom we have seen a lot in the first few months with our sickly puppy!! The practice is clean, the people are welcoming and MOST IMPORTANTLY… I always get spoken to promptly and booked in quickly for appointments. I’m never stuck on hold, worrying. That is absolutely priceless for me. We’re on the puppy plan, which has been a life saver and very reasonable. I would highly recommend this fantastic vets.

Smashing staff really put me at ease when I was worried about my pet. After calling around for treatment quotes, found this one to be really reasonably priced and was recommended to me by a friend A very good experience and I definitely shall go back there
