R&P always take amazing care of our rescue dog's needs, mentally as well as physically. They act in his best interests at all times & we 100% trust their guidance when it comes to deciding what is the best path to take with his care. All the staff are friendly, caring & knowledgeable but we especially appreciate Patsy & Jane who are always answering our many queries & making sure our dog's vets visits are as positive as they can be for him.

friendly service from all the staff every time. Jane has been amazing with our puppy and his early health needs . She is thorough, professional but importantly personable with us as owners. The dogs had such positive experience, having previously been quite vet shy. They love Jane (and the gravy bones 🙂)

Prices are extortionate, receptionist is very abrupt, she’s been there for years but her attitude hasn’t improved, vet’s and assistants seem ok

My 18 year old sausage dog had visited many vets over the years with a seasonal skin itch that nobody could sort out... Thank goodness! The first vet to diagnose and treat the problem! Great place..wonderful service!

Have used Robson and Prescott for nearly 30 years, which is a testament to the excellent service I ve had from them. Very caring vets, professional service and can access an emergency service which is vital.
