We had to use this practice for an emergency appointment, for our dog, whilst in the area visiting family. They were brilliant in allowing us to register our pet, then treating him all without an appointment. Couldn't have asked for more kind and caring staff. Thank you, and our dog is much better now.

I’ve recently moved to Robson & Prescott in Seaton Delaval after experiencing multiple issues with my previous vet. I was nervous to change to a different vet as my cat usually finds the whole experience really stressful, but it was a great choice. I took him in for a thyroid check up and we were seen by Olivia, who was friendly, compassionate, and explained everything clearly. For the first time in a long while, I felt truly heard and understood. It’s such a relief to find a vet practice that genuinely cares about both pets and owners. I’m so glad I made the move, I wish I’d done it sooner!

All staff always very caring and professional. My pets have always been treated appropriately and compassionately. The vets were extremely kind and gracious when my elderly cat was ill and eventually had to go to heaven. I've been to several different branches and the standard has been the same across the board.
