Lovely staff on reception and great vet. There is a separate waiting area for cats with high places to put their baskets so that they feel safer.

We had a very positive experience our dog was looked after extremely well at the practice. We came away with post op info and everything was explained clearly by Adam.

We have been using these vets for thirty years and a few beloved friends have had years of care . Our cat is coming to the end , if it had not been for the amazing care he had had we should have lost him five years ago ! The reception staff are amazing , would never go anywhere else . Special thanks to Jenny her compassion and care saved Charley five years ago . All the staff at amazing and would highly recommend this practice .

My elderly parents have 3 dogs registered with springfield 2 of the dogs have had expensive operations and both dogs are still suffering and both operations didn't work they paid over £1000 on one dog to stop her eyes running which didn't work a lot of money for a failed opp they was talked into taking out the puppy club they had to cancel because they could no longer afford it now they are getting 3 separate bills for the dogs that they can't afford so money mad this vets its hard to believe they care about animals anyways I would like there dogs failed opp redone if you want to be funny and if this is not resolved I will talk to citizens advice to claim the money back for the operation minus your bill thankyou for nothing

Absolutely lovely bunch of people, I’d highly recommend them! My rabbit had lots of problems and had become a regular over the last few years, each visit they were lovely, supportive and truly cared about my fluffy boy. Richard was his main vet and he was truly incredible and never gave up with my rabbit. The reception team were wonderful people, all of them were lovely. I’m terrible with names, sorry! Greta was a stand out to me always took time to say hello! When my rabbit passed away earlier this month they were all incredibly supportive, I couldn’t have asked for a kinder group of people ❤️

I’ve been here more times than I would have anticipated over the last few months. One cat was lost, came back 4 days later and was massively dehydrated. Rang the practice, was seen first thing as an emergency and the compassion from all staff from reception to vet was amazing. Other cat has had a repeat infection. Seen by Irene and Beth. Absolutely fabulous. They did research on the condition and had a clear plan in place. Just been back for a dental extraction and again absolutely amazing. The veterinary nurse who gave Flynn back was clear and caring. I’m in Healthy Pet Club for my 2 dogs and 2 cats. Routine vaccinations by Richard. Again always takes time with the pets. Great value for money. Most of all, the staff care and let you know they do. Thanks Springfield Ecclesfield!
