I attend Vets for Pets At Austell every four or five weeks with my British Shorthair cat Ollie, for claw trimming and annually for health check. I have always found the staff very pleasant and professional. On my recent visit I was seen by Sam who gave me (and Ollie) a warm welcome and completed the task in hand proficiently. Thank you all for excellent service. Mike F, Probus.

A lovely practice. All staff are very friendly and caring. We have mainly dealt with vets Will and Ana who have been amazing especially when we recently had to have one of our beloved dogs put to sleep. They are up front about costs and happy to discuss options with you and I feel they actually listen and care. I would highly recommend them.
