Fabulous care from Reception right through to the veterinary surgeons. Nurse handover post surgery was concise and pet centred. Delivered with compassion and reassurances. I felt completely confident in their skills and knowledge. 10/10. My sincerest thanks to them all.

We visited the St Austell branch multiple times with our dog Louie due to a bad case of happy tail resulting in amputation. We mostly saw Callum who was compassionate and helpful throughout. The ladies in reception are lovely and were always happy to say hello to Louie and advise with submitting claims etc

Fantastic service from start to finish, the reception team are really welcoming and made us and our dog feel really comfortable. Our dog is very shy but the vet didn't phase him at all, she explained everything clearly for us and he was super comfortable with her. Really glad we've got these guys local to us.

Took my cat to Penmellyn vets and as always greeted by lovely receptionists on arrival, very friendly and welcoming. Vet was superb in engaging with my cat and administered her annual inoculations and bravecto dose and milbimax which was also due and I’d phoned ahead for this. The vet is Oana Belghir and she was brilliant in caring for my cat when administering inoculations etc and very knowledgeable in her role. I had forgot to take my cats record booklet and Oana said it’s all on the computer system, but when passing drop it in and they will record it in booklet. So I went in day after next and a lovely warm welcome again , as always by receptionists one whose name is Jess , who recorded all the data into my booklet/ records for me so it’s all up todate. And another young lady sat beside her whose name I didn’t get was equally pleasant and my visits are always a first class experience. Highly recommend this vet pratice. Also on any occasion I have had to ring , phone is always answered quickly.A big keep up the good work and thanks to all.

I very recently moved to the area and had to register at and attend Penmellyn in St Austell as an emergency and they couldn’t have been kinder and more attentive. Everyone who saw my dog wanted to make him comfortable and were just really kind both to him and me. We then had to attend the St Columb branch for surgery and it was the same there - I have had quite a lot of negative experiences of vets and I’m so pleased to have moved here as I know my dogs will be treated well here for anything in future. Thank you so much!

We had an emergency with Nigel, Cornwall Hospice”s beloved cat. The team rallied round to fund his visit and we were absolutely delighted with the care he received. We cannot recommend the team enough! Nigel is a cherished member of our team and we are delighted he is better and continuing his vital role at the hospice! Thank you to the entire team x

We were on holiday in our motorhome from Whitby with our elderly dog Winnie. We knew she had only days left of her life. She started unrelated to be ill from both ends. I phoned this vet’s, young lady receptionist was lovely and booked us in immediately. The vet saw Winnie, prescribed medication which helped make her more comfortable, his manner dealing with us was spot on, he was reassuring, compassionate, but importantly helped us to focus on Winnie’s needs. We cut our holiday short, returned home and Winnie died at home. I can’t recommend this vet practice enough, where kind, quick to help us and above all we felt were focused on our little girl, guiding my wife and I with the right advice Thankyou to all the team

Following the passing of one of our beloved family members , Polly, the team stepped up and were so supportive and accommodating. Very grateful for the whole process, followed up with a beautiful sympathy card and scatter seeds.
