I’d give a higher rating if I could. What a wonderful and caring team at Nomansland branch. I cannot even begin to thank them enough for their care and support they have given to my lovely miracle border collie dog and me. Their patience, care, treatment, advice and honesty has been faultless. With their help and care and against all odds my elderly dog has battled pyometra and survived. While I know she is far from being 100% well again I know that she has had the best chance. I also know that love can some help make miracles happen. From the bottom of my heart thank you.

I am so eternally grateful to the wonderful people at Pelyn Vets who looked after our 14yr old Yorkie, Bailey, while on holis from Kent. He became very ill very quickly and they saw him on very short notice and gave a very thorough exam treatment plan. Then saw him again the next morning and got him comfortable and fit to travel home where he was admitted to hospital as soon as we arrived back. Now four days after it all started, Bailey is almost back to full strength. We really thought we were going to lose him, but he's still with us for a good while more now. So grateful. Thank you so much to all who helped.

We nearly put out our dog to listening to this practice. Quoted over 7k for specialist surgery at a partner practice as no one else could do it.. as dog deteriorated we thought that was the end. Until a separate practice got in touch to do the same surgery at half the cost.. we trusted them, have for years and only by fluke chance the other vets called us in time as we were hours away from saying goodbye to our dog.. Team were lovely, but obviously the company stamped the care out for profit. Even worse is the other vet had referrals from them so they know they were there to help and choose not to say and even when euthanasia was the option., stayed silent We removed our dogs, our family and friends in 1 day all began doing the same Honestly disgusting and disappointed as been with them for years A poor pooch nearly put to sleep far too young purely for greed. Will tell anyone we meet to get their pets away after that experience, how many owners have lost beloved pets as they trusted them? Or paid for above for treatments.. Just sad

Lovely warm welcome from the reception team and the nursing team were really kind and up to speed with being cat friendly when handling my 16 year old cat for his blood tests and to have his blood pressure taken. The vet Jennifer gave excellent care and discussed my options taking into consideration what was cost affective and realist for an older cat. Excellent service as always. Thank you!

Brilliant! Our dog injured her leg whilst we were on holiday in the area. Caring receptionist took full details and arranged very prompt appointment. The lady vet was superb - very friendly and really thorough. Pain relief tablets were provided promptly by the pharmacy with the tablets already halved to make it easier for us to administer. Recommended strongly😊

As a lorry driver, I occasionally find myself running out of driving hours and in need of a place to rest. On one such occasion, I stopped by this veterinary clinic to inquire about the nearest shop. The reception team (Shannon & Bryher) went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they provide directions, but they also offered me a warm cup of coffee, biscuits, and chocolate, such a thoughtful gesture that truly made my day. The staff's kindness and hospitality were exceptional, and it's clear they genuinely care about their clients. The clinic itself is situated in a beautiful location, adding to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended for their outstanding customer service and welcoming atmosphere. 💕
