Took Jazzi my poodle/bichon cross with tummy problems and Azaria was very kind and informative giving me three options so I decided with help to go for the sickness injection. So far things seem to be improving and hopefully will carry on. If not will obviously go back for further help. All the staff were very kind and helpful.

Such lovely vets. My cat is not a fan of visiting but the vet made her relax and was so lovely with her. Makes such a difference when they can see your pet is distressed and they help calm them and show they care. Would recommend.

They are compassionate, friendly and make your pet at ease , wouldn’t go anywhere else and I do the pet plan which is so easy when I take my dog to the vet as I don’t have to worry about finding the funds.

Have always used Usk Vets since my childhood days firstly when living in Raglan. Continued to do so in my married life to a Usk Farmers s using Usk Vets for the Farm Animals & being very satisfied with the services they had always received, no complaints . Myself never having had a bad experience from Usk or ever having heard any bad reports decided to continue to use them for my own family pets when I moved to Cwmbran 40yrs ago & I continue to use them to this day as I know they are fully trustworthy.

Very satisfactory. I have taken my small dog to Usk Vets at Usk since he was just a puppy. He is always treated professionally, with gentleness and care.

It was not apparent what was wrong with my dog, however he was in considerable discomfort. The vet I saw took her time in a thorough examination. There was no rush, it was all in the time that my dog could handle. She explained everything she was doing as she went along and ensured that myself and my dog were at ease. Further investigations were required and all options were discussed with me to make a choice. I left him at the practice and the girls on reception assured me it was okay to call anytime for an update, more than once if I was concerned. Once all tests were completed a diagnosis was offered and a way froward discussed. Again I was provided with the options and there was no pressure, it was all about the wellbeing of my dog. I really appreciate the work they did and empathy they showed towards myself and my dog. This is not the first occasion I've had to use them for an emergency, and every time they have provided exactly what was needed.

We have been using usk vets for the last 5 years for 2 of our dogs. The last 6-12 months have been exceptionally poor. Disinterested clinicians, quick enough to suggest ‘monthly injections’ & ‘daily tablets’ but with no real answer to what it is. £105 later, we’re no further forward. Would avoid.
