Voo Vets, honestly you went above and beyond for me. By chance I found out about Voo by a recommendation on a dog walk (I had called lots of places and made to feel I was too much, I had questions I wanted answering before having a consultation and paying £60+ and none would answer without payment other than Voo) I’m a OTT frenchie owner that probably loves her dog more than I even like most people, so I was fussy about who I would use for a lap spay as I wanted the best. They were amazing at no point was I made to feel my questions where stupid or that I was being over baring, to the point they even recognised I was concerned and emailed me to ensure my concerns where checked. My girl didn’t like being away from me at the vets, yet after her spay she didn’t want to leave and even tried to return to the back (without me 🙄). The love and care they gave her as well as myself was on another level. I’m so grateful for all the care you provided her and for putting up with me. If you have a frenchie (or any pet) be assured they will be looked after well here.

The most amazing people work here. Thank you so very much for all your help. I had two dogs which ate poison// oxygen absorbers. And if it wasnt for the quick help of the lovely and vet and staff, the kindness and understanding. Thank you again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love the staff at our local Voo Vets! Always so helpful and professional yet so kind too. They go above and beyond to look after you and your pet. Our Bruno is always in good hands with them at both Cobham and Surbiton.

Our dog Cody was given outstanding care at Voo vets Cobham after having a serious emergency medical condition. From reception to nurses and most especially the vet and subsequent surgeon at Surbiton, everyone went above and beyond for Cody. They each showed such compassion and patience during what was a very stressful time, always ensuring that the best interests for Cody were always of top importance! Thank you Voo!
