The practice is owned and managed by Mr James Crittall, a highly qualified BVSc MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon, who has vast experience and expertise in treating pets of different species. He is supported by Mrs Susan Phillips, a VetMB MA MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.

Beech House Veterinary Centre has a host of facilities that cater to both pets and their owners, including ample client car parking, open weekends and disabled access. The focus of the practice is on client care and satisfaction. There are different areas of special interest including Dermatology, Oncology, Pain Management, Neurology, Endocrinology, Behaviour and Reproductive Medicine. The center is also an accrediated feline friendly clinic.

The practice offers flexible appointments with 10 hours from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday, making it easy for clients to schedule appointments at a time that suits them. On Saturdays, they currently open from 9:00 a.m. until early afternoon in order to accommodate animals that may require weekend treatment. They are closed on Sundays, giving their team members a well earned rest.
