A very friendly atmosphere greets you at the reception desk and Jackie Barnes, the Vet, is wonderful! Very kind, knowledgeable and much loved by my present dog, Nico, and my past dogs. Thank you Cottimore Vets.

What a wonderful Vets, from the first phone call, to unfortunately having to put our pet down, we could not have asked for more help, empathy and understanding. I genuinely don’t know what we’d have done without Jackie, Emma, Mary and the team this Christmas. Cleo fell poorly and they were with us every step of the way. Nothing was ever a problem. I felt so safe and comforted being able to hand Cleo over to them, knowing she was in the best possible place. Something that was incredibly scary, was dealt with incredibly well. Team Jackie! Best vet in the world! No I havent tried them all but have never met one who treats every pet-parent and pet as though they are her favourite or only ones, like she does. She is amazing and works far too hard. With the backing of the lovely Emma and carefully selected nurses - and the spotless facilities - there is nothing to fault. The reception area is always full of fresh flowers and plants as countless testimonials over time from patients' grateful parents. We need clones of her so all pets and parents have the best treatment and advice given in the brightest or moost empathic ways, as appropriate - the world needs more Jackies!

Jackie and her team are just fantastic. They were so supportive and helpful with our dog Frank as his health and mobility declined. Jackie was always pragmatic and sensitive, offering all solutions that were possible in order to help Frank and ensure his quality of life. We cannot recommend the Cottimore Vets team highly enough.
