Ashley Vets - Walton-on-Thames

Cindy was very kind and thorough giving our two Golden Retrievers their annual inoculations and a health check explaining our options in dealing with the issues identified. She followed up by email and arranged to call us in a week to discuss further. All the staff at Ashley Vets are very proactive and helpful.

A very thorough medical for Benny Whitenose who is recently adopted by us. Kindness to us (by all members of staff) was greatly appreciated. Both Sofia and Andrea are dedicated to helping animals and so have demonstrated being on the case. They both explained the health issues our pet copes with.

Andrea the vet is absolutely amazing. She cared for our beloved Retriever when we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put him down, and just a week later she also treated one of our other dogs for a minor issue. Andrea showed such sensitivity, compassion, and patience during an incredibly difficult time for our family. She took the time to explain all our options clearly, helping us through such a traumatic experience with genuine care. When we returned with our second dog, she thoughtfully made sure we weren’t placed in the same room where we had said goodbye to our Retriever, which meant so much to us. She is truly wonderful with both pets and their owners—we couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Been going to this vet for over a year now. They are great with both my cats, super gentle and very accommodating. I don't struggle with getting appointments and they're also available to chat via the Pets app with frequent responses received. The new vet that recently joined who looks relatively young is even more exceptional and fantastic with pets. Would highly recommend 👌
